## Description

We are seeking a **dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager** to lead our brand’s online presence with **creativity, data-driven insights, and a passion for sports.** This role requires hands-on expertise in managing **Meta, TikTok, and YouTube**, staying ahead of trends, and engaging with a highly active sports audience. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can manage teams, build influencer collaborations, and drive impactful digital strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategic Leadership & Growth**

-   Develop and execute a **comprehensive social media strategy** to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
-   Monitor **industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour** to craft instant, impactful content strategies.
-   Oversee and optimize brand presence across **Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube** with platform-specific approaches.
-   Manage **social media teams** by providing leadership, direction, and ensuring execution aligns with the brand’s vision.

**Content & Community Management**

-   Lead the **content planning and creation process**, ensuring a mix of engaging, promotional, and community-driven content.
-   Oversee **real-time engagement and community interaction**, fostering a strong and loyal digital audience.
-   Implement an **always-on approach** for daily social media activity, ensuring timely responses and trend participation.
-   Ensure **high-quality multimedia execution** (videos, graphics, reels, and UGC integration) to enhance brand storytelling.

**Influencer & Partnership Management**

## Requirements

-   **3-5 years** of proven experience in **social media management, with a leadership role in a fast-paced digital environment**.
-   Experience in **sports, fitness, or entertainment industries** is a plus.
-   **BBA/MBA or equivalent degree** in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
-   Strong **analytical skills** to interpret data and make informed decisions.
