## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support and scale our affiliate and partnership marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in e-commerce, performance marketing, and affiliate program management who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

**Key responsibilities include**:

-   Recruiting and managing affiliate partners and influencers
-   Sourcing creators for UGC, paid partnerships, collaborations, and events
-   Supporting negotiation of partnership deals and deliverables
-   Identifying new partnership and marketing opportunities
-   Coordinating collaborations with gyms, wellness brands, med spas, fitness studios, and related events
-   Managing affiliate campaign execution, tracking, link management, and QA processes
-   Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing ROI through data-driven decisions

## Requirements

-   4–5 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnership management
-   Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, GoAffPro, Rakuten, and TikTok Shop Affiliate
-   Strong operational and analytical skills with attention to detail
-   Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and scaling affiliate programmes
