# Junior Meta Ads Executive

## Description

We are looking for a Junior Meta Ads Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns for an e-commerce brand. The candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, performance monitoring, optimisation, and reporting across Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on driving online sales and achieving performance targets.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
-   Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
-   Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance and return on ad spend.
-   Assist with audience targeting, prospecting, retargeting, and customer acquisition campaigns.
-   Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives, videos, and copy.
-   Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
-   Prepare regular performance reports and provide optimisation recommendations.
-   Monitor tracking and conversion events in coordination with the relevant technical team.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 1 year of hands-on Meta Ads experience with an e-commerce brand.
-   Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager.
-   Understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and budget management.
-   Knowledge of e-commerce performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.
-   Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and GA4 is preferred.
-   **Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.**
-   Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
