## Description

### **Role Summary**

We are looking for a proactive **Project Manager / Scrum Master** to support the CTO in delivering technology projects efficiently using Agile methodologies. This role will ensure smooth sprint execution, timely project delivery, and strong collaboration across engineering and business teams.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Act as **Scrum Master** for Agile teams and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
-   Plan, track, and deliver technology projects aligned with business priorities.
-   Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
-   Collaborate closely with the **CTO** on planning, priorities, and execution.
-   Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
-   Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
-   Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
-   Maintain project documentation and delivery metrics.

## Requirements

### **Required Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-   **3–6 years** of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
-   Strong understanding of **Agile/Scrum and SDLC**.
-   Experience working with software development teams.
-   Hands-on experience with tools such as **JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps**, or similar.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM).
-   PMP or Agile Project Management certification.
-   Experience in fast-paced or scaling tech environments.
-   Technical background or strong understanding of modern technology stacks.
