## Description

**Responsibilities:**

1.  **Real Estate Knowledge Gathering**:

-   Actively gathers knowledge on real estate details and information gathering on regular basis.
-   Well versed with Real Estate Knowledge and information.

3.  **Dealer** Key **Networking in Real Estate**:

-   Has a very strong dealer networking within the real estate industry.
-   Connects and has good reputation building with the dealers in the real estate industry of Pakistan.

5.  **New Projects Orientation in Real Estate Industry**:

-   Has thorough knowledge of the upcoming projects in the real estate industry.
-   Gathers information and details about the upcoming projects in the different real estate schemes.

7.  **Market Research & Trend Analysis in the Real Estate Industry**:

-   Stay updated on local market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity in the real estate industry.
-   Conduct property appraisals to help clients understand the fair market value of a property.

9.  **Compliance & Legal Knowledge of the real estate industry**:

-   Ensure all transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
-   Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, zoning laws, and regulations that may affect property transactions.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
-   Candidates must have 4–5 years of experience and a valid real estate license as required by local regulations.
-   Frequent traveling will be required in this role.
-   Knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
-   Proficiency in using real estate platforms, CRM software, and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
-   Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations.
