## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Off-Page SEO Specialist** to improve our website's authority, organic rankings, and online visibility through high-quality link-building and digital PR strategies. The ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of **On-Page SEO** and technical SEO best practices to ensure SEO efforts align with overall website optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Off-Page SEO**

-   Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
-   Acquire high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, digital PR, and partnerships.
-   Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify new link opportunities.
-   Monitor backlink profile and remove/disavow toxic backlinks when necessary.
-   Build relationships with bloggers, publishers, influencers, and industry websites.
-   Increase brand mentions across authoritative websites.
-   Track referral traffic and backlink performance.
-   Perform local citation building and directory submissions (where applicable).
-   Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and link-building best practices.

**On-Page SEO Knowledge**

-   Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs.
-   Perform keyword research and keyword mapping.
-   Improve internal linking structure.
-   Optimize content based on search intent.
-   Ensure proper image optimization (alt text, file names, compression).
-   Identify duplicate content and indexing issues.
-   Work with content writers to optimize blog posts and landing pages.
-   Understand schema markup implementation.
-   Have basic knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization.

## Requirements

**Required Skills**

-   2–4 years of SEO experience.
-   Strong expertise in Off-Page SEO and link building.
-   Good understanding of On-Page SEO.
-   Experience with:

-   Ahrefs
-   SEMrush
-   Google Search Console
-   Google Analytics (GA4)
-   Screaming Frog
-   Majestic (preferred)

-   Knowledge of Google algorithm updates.
-   Excellent outreach and communication skills.
-   Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
-   Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
