### Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Associate** to join our warehouse team at our Stafford, Texas location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, labeling, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to follow warehouse processes accurately.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and shipments.
-   Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately.
-   Load and unload containers, pallets, boxes, and warehouse supplies.
-   Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and cycle counts.
-   Maintain proper stock placement and ensure items are stored correctly.
-   Support returns handling and ensure returned items are checked and processed properly.
-   Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
-   Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
-   Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
-   Assist team members and supervisors with day-to-day operational tasks as required.

### Requirements

-   Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
-   Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes or warehouse items.
-   Basic understanding of inventory, packing, and warehouse processes.
-   Good attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
-   Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
-   Basic communication skills in English.

### Physical Requirements

-   Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
-   Ability to lift warehouse items as required.
-   Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

### Preferred Skills

-   Experience with order picking, packing, labeling, and stock handling.
-   Basic computer or scanner knowledge.
-   Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
-   Previous experience in e-commerce or distribution warehouse operations is preferred.
