## Description

We are looking for a **Business Development Executive** to join our B2B Sales team. This role requires providing excellent customer service and production-focused outbound sales where you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle through strategic calling new/existing prospects.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
-   **Proven Experience:** Minimum **2+ years of experience in B2B outbound calling.**
-   **Accent & Clarity:** Exceptional communication skills with a **neutral/American accent** and crisp pronunciation. You must be able to articulate value propositions clearly on the first ring.
-   **Resilience:** Ability to handle high call volumes and objection handling without losing momentum.
-   **Tech-Savvy:** Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot) to log activities and track pipeline.
-   **Research Skills:** Ability to quickly research a prospect's business model before the call to personalize the pitch.
-   **Metrics-Driven:** You have a track record of hitting or exceeding daily KPIs (dial counts, connects, proposals etc.)
-   **Consultative Approach:** You don't just read a script; you ask discovery questions to uncover pain points.
