# Senior Business Development Manager (IPS Retail)

## Description

1\. Recruitment & Human development: 20%

\- Recruit, manage and support BDMs in the assigned management area.

\- Besides the BDM team management, SDBM builds his/her own direct Agency forces (similar to an independent BDM), including:

     + Continuously search and select suitable Agents and/or Agent Head to build a competent Agency force; 

     + Develop and promote cooperation channels to expand recruitment sources of potential Agents.

     + Manage, monitor and evaluate the working and promotion process of Agents and/or Agent Head according to the company mechanism.

2\. Guarantee sales agent ratio (activity ratio): 20%

\- Develop and execute the Monthly Business Plan and Activity Plan for the Whole team and direct team; 

\- Discuss and coordinate with down-line BDMs to come up with Agency Activity Plans on a weekly/monthly basis.

\- Organize Weekly Review Meeting to discuss the issues and propose correction actions; 

\- Proactively create activities to encourage and motivate the Agency force to sell; 

\- Create and maintain a vibrant, positive and responsible working environment in the team and the whole agency system.

\- Lead and supervise Agents/ Agent Heads to maintain a positive attitude, always do and spread the right thing

3\. Ensure the completion of revenue plan (GWP): 60%

\- Supervise and urge the down-line BDMs to ensure the completion of assigned KPI

\- Manage performance and sales results of Agents; Proactively and promptly provide appropriate action plans to ensure the completion of revenue goals of the Direct and Indirect Groups

\- Constantly look for solutions to improve the sales efficiency of the Agent team

\- Continuously seek and develop new distribution channels to create new growth drivers.

4\. Others:

\- Perform other responsibilities and tasks assigned periodically and/or as required.

## Requirements

\- Have at least 03 years of experience working in Business Management position of insurance companies (life & non-life); or

\- Have at least 03 years of experience in Business Management in industries: banking, finance, fintech, real estate, telecommunications...

\- Be fond of technology and be willing to commit to creating breakthroughs.

\- Have strategic thinking and the ability to establish plans with clear goals.

\- Ability to attract, recruit and expand sales network.

\- Experience in coaching/training and developing sales teams

\- Be an honest, exemplary manager, always positive and progressive.
