## Description

-   Identify, develop, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, financial institutions, and distribution partners in alignment with Jovy’s commercial and product strategy.
-   Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by actively sourcing and securing high-value partnership opportunities across both digital and traditional distribution channels.
-   Manage the full commercial lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation, onboarding, and account expansion.
-   Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand Jovy’s insurance distribution network and product adoption.
-   Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams, to ensure successful implementation and launch of new partnerships.
-   Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across insurance, banking, fintech, e-commerce, telecommunications, and other strategic sectors.
-   Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue, customer acquisition, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
-   Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer trends to support product innovation and commercial strategy.
-   Represent Igloo at industry events, networking opportunities, and business forums to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
-   Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial, Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, or Sales roles, with at least 3 years in the insurance industry.
-   Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
-   Proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing complex commercial deals that deliver measurable revenue growth.
-   Experience working with insurance companies, brokers, bancassurance partners, fintechs, digital platforms, e-wallets, telecommunications companies, e-commerce platforms, or financial institutions.
-   Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales and partnership lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution and post-launch growth.
-   Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Entrepreneurial mindset with a highly proactive, hunter-oriented approach to business development.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making.
-   Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
