We are seeking a dynamic and analytical **IT** **Business Analyst** to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that improve our clients’ business processes and information systems.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Analyze business needs and capture requirements to support software solutions

-   Document and communicate specifications to technical teams and clients
-   Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
-   Configure systems to implement business processes
-   Participate in the design and optimization of business workflows
-   Plan, prepare, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-   Maintain continuous communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
-   Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients

## Requirements

-   University degree (Computer Science or related field – a Master’s degree is a plus)

-   At least 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software application consulting
-   Experience in Business Automation and/or Digital Transformation projects
-   Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements
-   Good understanding of business systems (ERP, CRM, Workflow systems, or other enterprise applications)
-   Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
-   Experience with document management and workflow solutions
-   Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
-   Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric approach
-   Excellent command of English
