**iKnowHow Group** is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for an **Infrastructure & Security Project Manager** to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering infrastructure and security projects across Microsoft, cloud, and virtualization environments. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and delivery partners, ensuring that projects are planned, executed, monitored, and delivered according to business priorities, security standards, and operational requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate and drive infrastructure and security-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, proper prioritization, and alignment with business needs.

-   Oversee Microsoft technology environments, including Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, and related collaboration and identity services.

-   Support the planning, implementation, and improvement of cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
-   Coordinate infrastructure activities related to VMware, servers, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery environments.
-   Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security posture, escalating and coordinating resolution of issues when needed.
-   Participate in the design and rollout of security controls, access management processes and endpoint/security tools

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field (or equivalent experience)

-   At least 5 of experience in Systems / Infrastructure / IT Operations roles
-   Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server administration
-   Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
-   Solid experience in VMware virtualization (vSphere, clusters, HA, storage concepts)
-   Experience operating endpoint protection/security tooling (Microsoft Defender technologies or equivalent)
-   Good understanding of security fundamentals
-   Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and structured incident/problem/change handling
