We are now looking for an experienced **Java Technical Lead** with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Technical guidance of a medium sized team
-   Development and maintenance of Java applications and Microservices
-   Code reviews and ensuring code quality
-   Participation in technical design and architectural decisions
-   Support and mentoring of junior team members
-   Collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other development teams
-   Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and task planning
-   Coordination of technical matters across different teams

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
-   5–8 years of experience in software development with Java
-   Previous experience as a Senior Developer, Team Lead, or Technical Lead of a small team
-   Very good knowledge of modern Java versions (11+)
-   Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architectures
-   Experience with REST APIs and relational databases
-   Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
-   Good knowledge of Git and modern software development practices
-   Very good command of English

**Nice to Have:**

-   Experience in the banking or financial sector
-   Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments
-   Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
