## Requirements

\- At least 4 years of experience implementing Data Analytics solutions.

\- At least 4 years of experience in building and maintaining BI Solutions using the Microsoft BI Stack

\- Solid knowledge of DAX, MDX, TSQL Scripting

\- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence data tools, such as Power BI, SSIS, SSAS tabular, SSAS multidimensional, SSRS.

\- Strong understanding of ETL processes, dimensional modelling and data marts construction.

\- Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory

\- Experience with Tabular Editor Advanced Scripting

Nice to have Skills

\- Python / R Scripting

\- Insurance background

\- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English with the ability to state things persuasively for a variety of audiences, internal, business, and technical

\- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

\- Ability to demonstrate proactivity in all aspects of operation
