## Description

**IKH Group** is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions group of companies operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80% and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.  

**iKnowHow** utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.

We are looking for a **Banking IT Business Analyst** with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. 

**Responsibilities:**

-   Identify, analyze, and document detailed requirements for projects
-   Create functional and technical requirement documents from business needs
-   Assist users in functional acceptance testing and application updates
-   Coordinate internal business and technical teams for requirement finalization
-   Serve as the subject matter expert during and after project implementation
-   Provide functional and technical support for system efficiency
-   Day-to-day support to the project team and the customer/business users.
-   Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

## Requirements

-   At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related degrees
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sector and business analysis & modeling tools, and project methodologies
-   Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience
-   Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences
-   Proficient verbal and written communication skills
-   Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability

**Nice to have:**

-   Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
-   Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs)
