As our consulting and outsourcing business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized **Mid-level** **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology recruitment, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has extensive experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Previous experience in an IT Recruitment Agency, Consulting or Outsourcing environment will be considered a strong advantage.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Engineering positions across internal and external client projects.
-   Partner with Hiring Managers, Delivery Managers and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
-   Handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring quality delivery and a strong candidate experience.
-   Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing techniques, market mapping and networking.
-   Recruit across a range of technologies including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Cyber Security and ERP.
-   Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
-   Share recruitment insights and market trends with internal stakeholders.
-   Support employer branding initiatives and contribute ideas for recruitment strategies and sourcing approaches.
-   Ensure recruitment processes are executed with consistency, accuracy and attention to detail.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.

-   At least 1 year of proven experience in Recruitment.
-   Previous experience in an IT Recruitment Agency, IT Consulting, or Outsourcing environment will be considered a strong asset.
-   Demonstrated experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Data, AI and Cyber Security roles.
-   Solid organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, hiring managers and deadlines.
-   Ability to work with a degree of autonomy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-   Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven recruitment.
-   Fluency in both Greek and English.

**Nice to Have:**

-   Experience in IT Consulting or System Integration companies.
-   Experience supporting Outsourced Recruitment, Staff Augmentation or Managed Services projects.
-   Experience with Employer Branding initiatives.
-   Familiarity with Diversity & Inclusion hiring practices.
