We are looking for a senior **Release Manager** to oversee and coordinate application releases across environments, ensuring smooth, controlled, and timely deployments.

**Responsibilities:** 

-   Plan, coordinate, and manage release schedules.
-   Track and manage all release-related tickets and change records.
-   Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place prior to production deployment.
-   Communicate release status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
-   Conduct post-release reviews and capture lessons learned.
-   Maintain release calendars and ensure alignment across multiple teams.

## Requirements

-   Experience tracking and managing release tickets from initiation through production deployment.

-   Ability to monitor release progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers proactively.
-   Ensure all release activities follow defined governance and approval processes.

-   Hands-on experience using Jira to track release tickets, user stories, defects, and change requests.

-   Ability to create dashboards, filters, and reports for release visibility.

-   Maintain accurate status updates and ensure traceability across environments.
-   Coordinate deployment pipelines and validate successful releases across UAT, and PROD environments.

-   Troubleshoot deployment failures and work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
-   Knowledge of software development concepts and lifecycle.

-   Ability to understand application architecture and support troubleshooting during releases.
