We are looking for a talented **Banking Business Analyst** to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects, related to end-to-end IT business analysis of loans management area.

### Responsibilities

-   Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
-   Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
-   Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation.
-   Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including features, enhancements, and defects.
-   Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing clarifications and supporting delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
-   Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
-   Support effort estimation, scope definition, and release planning activities.
-   Validate delivered functionalities and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and solutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or any related field.
-   0-3 years of experience for novice profiles in IT post-graduation.
-   0-3 years of experience for novice profiles in business analysis tools, modeling tools, and project methodologies.
-   0-3 years of experience for novice profiles in the Banking Industry.
-   Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience.
-   Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences.
-   Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

-   Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability.
