## Description

iKnowHealth S.A. develops and delivers healthcare and radiology software for imaging-driven clinical environments. Our Evorad enterprise imaging suite brings together RIS/PACS and workstation solutions that support radiology departments in their day-to-day operations, helping customers run reliable, connected imaging systems across complex healthcare settings.

This role is part of the team that helps ensure those systems are implemented, supported, and operating effectively in customer environments. As a Healthcare PACS Systems Engineer, you will work across customer-facing technical delivery and ongoing support, partnering with internal product, engineering, and project teams while helping healthcare organizations maintain dependable imaging workflows and integrations.

### Responsibilities

-   Install, configure, and maintain software solutions in customer environments.
-   Troubleshoot application, database, network and infrastructure issues.
-   Support software deployments, upgrades, and go-live activities.
-   Support system integration.
-   Coordinate DICOM interconnections, and support integrations with 3rd party DICOM nodes.
-   Coordinate HL7 interconnections and support integrations with 3rd party HL7 nodes.
-   Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Project teams.
-   Maintain technical documentation.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
-   6+ years of experience in Application Support, PACS Administration, or Systems Administration.
-   Experience with Healthcare IT systems in the radiology sector, including RIS/PACS and imaging modalities integrations.
-   Strong experience with DICOM protocol and DICOM Standard flows, as well as HL7 integrations.
-   Experience working directly with hospital IT teams, radiology departments, or end users during implementations and support.
-   Eligibility to work in Greece.
-   Availability for occasional ad hoc after-hours support.
