Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a communications-oriented professional to develop across content creation, corporate communications, PR and brand marketing.

**About the role**

We are looking for a Communications & Content Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki.

This role is ideal for a communication-minded professional who enjoys writing, storytelling and creating meaningful content. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will contribute to corporate communications, content development, PR activities and brand-building initiatives across multiple brands.

You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners and media stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of communication and marketing projects. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Content & Communication**

-   Write, edit and proofread high-quality content for internal and external communication
-   Create content for websites, newsletters, social media, articles and marketing materials
-   Adapt messaging and tone of voice according to different audiences and communication channels
-   Support the development of campaign messaging, corporate communications and storytelling initiatives
-   Assist in the creation of scripts and content for videos, interviews and other multimedia projects

**Public Relations & Stakeholder Communication**

-   Support the implementation of PR and media relations activities
-   Prepare press releases, announcements and communication materials
-   Coordinate with external agencies, media representatives and communication partners
-   Support media outreach initiatives and identify opportunities for brand visibility
-   Contribute to maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders

**Brand & Marketing Support**

-   Support the development and implementation of communication campaigns and brand initiatives
-   Ensure consistency of brand messaging across communication channels
-   Assist in CSR-related communication activities
-   Contribute ideas and content that strengthen brand awareness and engagement

**Events & Project Coordination**

-   Support the organization of corporate events, conferences and brand activations
-   Coordinate communication materials and event-related content
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and approvals
-   Assist in managing multiple communication projects simultaneously

What We’re Looking For

-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
-   Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities
-   Interest in corporate communication, branding and content creation
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work collaboratively across teams and external partners
-   Creativity combined with a structured and proactive approach
-   Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Requirements

-   2–3 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Content Creation, Marketing or related fields
-   Experience in content creation, copywriting or corporate communication
-   Familiarity with social media and digital content management
-   Experience working with agencies or coordinating external partners will be considered a plus
-   Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries will be considered an advantage
