Are you a brand visionary with extensive content marketing experience?

We’re looking for an Organic Growth Strategist for our Personal Brand on Instagram... Think a combination of Matt Gray + Iman Gadzhi + Shelby Sapp.

This is a hands-on performance role — You’ll be mapping out the growth strategy, writing content, managing a small team, and optimizing the brand voice & image.

Growth into Head of Organic Acquisition Systems role possible and welcomed.

### Your Core Role

Own and scale the organic Instagram funnel. You’re the engine behind building a strong brand that attracts raving fans while driving potential clients to our Instagram.

You will:

-   Map out a growth plan for our organic Instagram presence

-   Establish us as an authority to attract the right audience for the brand

-   Research competitors & do niche research to find what's working  
    
-   Strategize the brand across different organic platforms

-   Create high-converting, nurturing, and storytelling content (carousels, stories, reels)

-   Collaborate and lead the content creation team

-   Repurpose content from our existing library of posts, clips, images, and B-roll footage

-   Optimize and scale the funnel without being salesy  
    
-   Track performance and improve KPIs

### You Are

-   A field athlete—you write, test, and launch content yourself
-   A direct response operator—you speak offer, funnel, and media fluently
-   A data-obsessed optimizer—you track everything and act on it
-   A branding expert—you love building personal brands and positioning in the market
-   A feed-native creative—you can write in Richard’s voice and hook the scroll
-   A high-energy leader—you set your own goals and push for big outcomes
-   A self-starter—you don’t wait for permission, you execute daily  
    

### You’ve Done This If…

-   You’ve written dozens of posts that drove real growth of a personal brand
-   You've gained 100k+ followers for a personal brand in the info space
-   You’ve worked inside high-ticket coaching or online education brands
-   You’ve operated in a fast-paced sales environment that expects results
-   You have experience in managing large following Instagram page (Tiktok/Youtube/Linkedin experience is a plus)  
    

### This Role Is NOT for You If…

-   You only wrote a few posts but never actually saw results
-   You want to “manage” without writing copy yourself
-   You need someone to set your goals or micromanage you
-   You’ve never worked in a high-velocity, performance-driven environment
