Our client is a family owned insurance agency located in Indian Trail, North Carolina (outside of Charlotte, NC). They serve families, individuals, businesses and nonprofits throughout both North Carolina and South Carolina. They have an in-house team of highly experienced insurance professionals who share a philosophy of providing superior service to their clients. The agency is a part of the Keystone Insurer’s Group of independent insurance agencies, which means they have access to a broad array of the nation’s premier insurance products and companies. They pride themselves on being able to provide all the advantages of a large national firm but with all the personal service and attention that only a local firm can offer.

**Role Overview**  
This is a full-time, on-site Agency Operations Manager role. The ideal candidate will be a responsible for managing staff, overseeing processes and serving as a key member of the agency leadership team. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to function both proactively and reactively as each day will bring different challenges. Your key responsibilities may include:

-   Run daily operations across both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
-   Manage the service teams for both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
-   Own processes, reporting and day-to-day office management
-   Responsible for basic Human Resources duties
-   Manage and maintain relationships with contracted carriers
-   Monitor and oversee technology and systems utilized by the agency
-   Be the definitive point of contact for both clients and carriers
-   Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-   Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency success.

## Requirements

-   8+ years of experience in Insurance across both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
-   Management experience, ideally in the insurance industry
-   Experience in an agency operations leadership role a plus
-   Active P&C license in North Carolina and South Carolina
-   Ability to work on-site in Indian Trail, NC (outside of Charlotte, NC) Monday - Friday
