**What You’ll Do**

-   Liaise daily with students and professionals seeking qualified work opportunities in Australia
-   Support the team in writing compelling job descriptions
-   Source candidates against client requirements and manage the first round of interviews using our recruitment methodology
-   Promote our job and internship offers, and identify new channels to attract candidates
-   Contribute to Australiance's marketing and communications, including visual content, articles, newsletters, and website updates
-   Support internal process improvement initiatives as needed

-   Monthly allowance provided to support some expenses during internship

## Requirements

**About You**

-   Currently studying business, Human Resources, or a related field
-   Can-do attitude , comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
-   Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented
-   Genuinely curious about the startup and innovation ecosystem
-   Fluent in English, written and spoken
