## Description

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a **BI Analyst** to develop and maintain interactive dashboards, analytical reports, and data models that support business decision-making. The role will be responsible for analyzing data from multiple sources, tracking key business KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, and automating reporting processes using **Microsoft Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel**.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX, and advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and interactive dashboards to support business requirements.
-   Analyze business data and generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
-   Track, monitor, and report key business KPIs and performance metrics.
-   Create and maintain Power BI data models, relationships, calculated columns, and DAX measures.
-   Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple data sources.
-   Prepare regular management reports, analytical reports, and ad-hoc reports as required.
-   Manage data refresh schedules and monitor report performance and reliability.
-   Develop and maintain advanced Microsoft Excel reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
-   Perform advanced data analysis using Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced Excel formulas, charts, and VBA/Macros.
-   Reconcile and validate data from multiple sources using Excel and Power BI.
-   Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
-   Support business users and stakeholders with reporting and data analysis requirements.
-   Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing activities using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
-   Maintain appropriate documentation for reports, dashboards, data models, KPIs, and reporting processes.
-   Ensure appropriate data security, access controls, and report permissions.
-   Monitor and optimize report and dashboard performance to ensure efficient data consumption.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
-   Provide data-driven insights to support management and business decision-making.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   2–4 years of relevant experience in Power BI, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
-   Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
-   Strong knowledge of DAX and Power BI data modelling.
-   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-   Strong experience with Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, charts, and data visualization.
-   Experience working with and reconciling data from multiple sources.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Good understanding of business KPIs and performance reporting.
-   Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
-   Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Skills**

-   Experience with VBA/Macros and Excel automation.
-   Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
-   Experience with Power BI workspace, permissions, and data refresh management.
-   Understanding of data governance and reporting standards.
-   Experience in automating manual reporting processes.
-   Knowledge of data security and access management within reporting platforms.
