## Description

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead who will lead a team of technical professionals and oversee projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring ensure delivery of timely and effective support and service delivery.

**Employment Type:** Contractual employment

### Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to ensure project success
-   Develop project plans and provide status updates to executive leadership
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and mitigate them
-   Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
-   Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
-   Foster an environment of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the team
-   Create and maintain documentation related to project requirements, technical designs, and deployment plans

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce or related field
-   Hands on Experience of EUS and IT Support
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong People and Customer Management skills
-   Proven ability to lead teams to successful project delivery
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
-   Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
