As part of our dynamic team, the Community Event & Development Intern will play a key role in organizing and executing community events and supporting development initiatives to strengthen our engagement.

**Role Overview**

As a Community Event & Development Intern, you will assist in coordinating, and managing events and activities that foster Community growth and Engagement. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in event management, community relations, and project development within a fast-paced digital ecosystem environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in the planning and execution of community events, workshops, and outreach programs.
-   Internal and external event hosting, including booth handling, event hosting and documentation.
-   Coordinate logistics and communications related to events to ensure smooth operations.
-   Support the development of community engagement strategies and initiatives.
-   Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize event impact.
-   Manage event promotion through social media and other communication channels.
-   Gather and analyze feedback and data to improve future community activities.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Currently pursuing last semester or recently graduated with a degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields. Candidate with experience in Event handling and Community is a plus.
-   **Having flexible time to coordinate events during weekends or evenings (based on events schedule) is required.**
-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-   Basic proficiency with social media and event management tools.
-   Proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about community development and event planning.
-   Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
