**Your role:**

The Sales Coordinator Europe ensures seamless operational execution of the vehicle sales process across European markets by managing end-to-end sales flows and enabling accurate, reportable vehicle sales attribution.

_**This is a fixed-term role for 12months.**_

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):**

-   **End-to-End Coordination:** Coordinate and monitor the full vehicle sales process throughout the whole customer journey, including order status, allocation, delivery, and registration
-   **Data Integrity Management:** Maintain and validate data integrity across systems (e.g., SAP, BI tools) to ensure correct sales attribution and reporting readiness
-   **Cross-Functional Alignment:** Act as the operational interface between central functions (Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Finance) and local markets
-   **Process Optimization:** Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and ineƯiciencies; drive optimization of sales systems, tools, and reporting structures
-   **Sales Closing Support:** Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales closing processes, ensuring alignment between physical vehicle ﬂ ows and ﬁ nancial recognition
-   **Revenue Recognition realization:** ensure the realization of revenue recognition for all sold units in the respective period
-   **Effective Inventory Management:** Balancing inventory levels to match sales forecasts and production volumes. Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand without excessive carrying costs.
-   **Strategic Decision Support:** Providing strategic decision support to senior management. Analysing sales data, market trends, and production capacities to inform strategic decisions related to product mix, pricing, and market expansion.
-   **Customer Satisfaction:** contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring that the right vehicles are available when and where customers want them. By meeting customer demand effectively, the company can enhance its reputation and build customer loyalty.
-   **Alignment with Business Objectives:** alignment with the broader business objectives of the company. This may include goals related to revenue growth, market share expansion, proﬁ tability, and customer retention.

**What we are looking for:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related ﬁleld
-   Proven experience (2+ yrs) in a similar Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or Order Management role, ideally within the automotive industry
-   Strong working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools
-   Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including order-to-cash and vehicle lifecycle management
-   High level of data accuracy, analytical thinking, and process orientation
-   Ability to manage complexity across multiple markets and stakeholders
-   Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
-   Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
-   Independent working approach: High degree of self-organisation while being highly customer/partner oriented.
-   Willingness to go the extra mile in a scale-up business.
-   Customer Focus: Keeping the customer at the forefront of decision-making processes, understanding their needs, preferences, and buying behaviors to ensure that sales forecasts and production plans meet customer demand effectively.
