**Role Overview**

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources initiatives across the organization. This position will be responsible for managing recruitment activities across Lebanon and Colombia while also supporting onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, people-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly and ownership is expected.  

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**

-   Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for positions across both Lebanon and Colombia.
-   Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and university partnerships.
-   Screen applications and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
-   Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-   Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
-   Coordinate and participate in university recruitment initiatives, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
-   Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers to strengthen the talent pipeline.  
    

**Onboarding & Orientation**

-   Lead the onboarding process for new hires under the guidance of the HR Manager.
-   Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure all required documentation is completed before the employee's start date.
-   Assist in conducting onboarding and orientation sessions covering company policies, procedures, available tools, and workplace expectations.
-   Support new employees throughout their integration into the company.  
    

**HR Administration**

-   Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
-   Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
-   Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
-   Assist with HR documentation, employee letters, and administrative processes.  
    

**Employee Relations & Engagement**

-   Coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company outings.
-   Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and other engagement tools.
-   Assist in implementing initiatives designed to improve employee experience, engagement, and retention.
-   Support a positive and collaborative work environment by responding to employee inquiries and concerns.  
    

**Performance Management & Learning & Development**

-   Support the performance review cycle, including preparation, tracking, and follow-up activities.
-   Help with learning and development initiatives and maintain training records.
-   Assist in coordinating training sessions, coaching programs, and employee development plans.
-   Support managers and employees in achieving development objectives and growth goals.  
    

**What We're Looking For  
**

-   2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field.
-   Experience managing recruitment processes and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
-   Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
-   Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
-   Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR systems is preferred.
-   Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
-   Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
-   Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
