We’re growing our **Delivery Management teams** and looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join us. You’ll work with talented people, lead teams through complex challenges and help deliver digital services that have a real impact on people’s lives.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary agile teams across **Delivery, User Centred Design, Architecture, Software Engineering and QA**, bringing clarity and momentum to delivery. You’ll build trusted client relationships, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

You’ll also contribute to our Delivery Management community, sharing knowledge and helping improve how we deliver.

## Requirements

**What you’ll do**

-   Lead high-performing and multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver complex digital products and services.
-   Build trusted client relationships and keep delivery focused on outcomes.
-   Shape delivery plans, manage dependencies, risks, budgets and resources.
-   Lead agile ceremonies, governance and effective decision-making.
-   Coach colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across our Delivery Management community.

**What you’ll bring**

-   Proven experience leading the successful delivery of complex **digital or software projects using Agile** methodologies.
-   Experience leading **multidisciplinary teams** across digital, user-centred design, software or DevOps environments.
-   Strong delivery assurance, risk, dependency and stakeholder management skills.
-   Technical understanding and confidence working with technical teams.
-   Commercial experience across **budgets, resources, contracts or Statements of Work**.
-   Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
-   A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

**It would be great if you also have**

-   Experience delivering services against the **Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Standard**.
-   Experience working in digital consultancy or transformation, particularly with UK public sector clients.
-   An understanding of cloud technologies, modern software engineering and DevOps practices.
-   Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or Azure DevOps.
