**Role Title:** Knowledge Coach – Workforce Transformation

**Role Level:** Senior Consultant

**Job Description –**

The knowledge coach is responsible for providing expertise and guidance to the Offshore Change Management Team in aspects of specific client requirements. They will help ensure quality of outputs delivered by the Offshore Change Management Team so that it meets and exceeds clients’ expectations.

**The main responsibilities of the role include,**

-   Advise other consultants and senior consultants on client delivery best practices, SOPs and mandatory artefacts.
-   Conduct review of delivered collaterals against expected quality benchmarks.
-   Identify gaps in delivery standards and provide necessary support to address and remedy the gaps permanently.
-   Undertake 1:1 coaching sessions to uplift the offshore team capability.
-   Act as the pivotal bridge for knowledge transfer from the client to the offshore team.
-   Set-up Power BI dashboards and reporting metrics on Team performance against engagement objectives

## Requirements

**Skills and Experience Required,**

-   Must be a consultant level employee of Infosys who has worked for an FSI client
-   Must have prior experience of having worked as a Business Analyst
-   Must have prior experience in a hands-on Change Management role
-   Should be well versed with the Transformation Delivery Standards expected in the BFSI industry
-   Must be skilled in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making
-   Should be adept at data analysis and visualisation, using Power BI, Agentic AI and AI agents
-   Should possess exceptional stakeholder management skills
-   Should be open to travel and comfortable with Hybrid working as days in office are mandatory.

\-          Bachelor’s of Business (minimum requirement)
