Infotel IT Consulting partners with global enterprises across BFSI, Automotive, Aviation, and Manufacturing to deliver end-to-end technology and talent solutions. We are expanding our solutioning capability to embed AI-driven architecture into client engagements, and are looking for an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead this charge. 

Role Summary 

The IT Solution Architect – AI will design and own end-to-end technical architectures that embed AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise solutions. This role bridges business requirements, cloud/data engineering, and applied AI to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready systems for our enterprise clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

-   Design end-to-end IT solution architectures that integrate AI/ML, Generative AI (LLMs), and automation into client platforms. 

-   Translate business and client requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical architectures. 

-   Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and proof-of-concepts for AI-enabled solutions. 

-   Define data architecture and integration strategy (APIs, pipelines, data lakes) to support AI/ML workloads. 

-   Collaborate with data science, engineering, and DevOps teams to operationalize models (MLOps/LLMOps). 

-   Own solution documentation, including HLD/LLD, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals for RFPs/RFIs. 

-   Guide adoption of cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and open-source AI frameworks. 

-   Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance standards. 

-   Act as a technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, presenting architecture recommendations. 

-   Mentor engineering teams on AI-first design principles and best practices. 

Required Skills & Experience 

-   8–12+ years in IT architecture, solution design, or enterprise application development. 

-   Proven experience architecting solutions involving AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks). 

-   Strong grounding in cloud platforms — Azure, AWS, or GCP — and their AI/ML service stacks. 

-   Hands-on exposure to Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar). 

-   Solid understanding of microservices, API design, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps/MLOps pipelines. 

-   Experience with data architecture — SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and vector databases. 

-   Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and legacy system modernization. 

-   Excellent stakeholder management, technical presentation, and pre-sales solutioning skills. 

-   Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or IT services environment preferred. 

Preferred Qualifications 

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

-   Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure/AWS Solutions Architect, or AI/ML specialty certifications. 

-   Experience in BFSI, Automotive, Aviation, or Manufacturing domains is a strong plus.
