**Job Description**

-   Provide customer support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in their use of the IFS ERP software platform within the Finance domain.
-   Identify and analyse functional or configuration issues in Finance modules and provide timely resolutions or workarounds.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
-   Document and maintain support processes and knowledgebase articles to assist in issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
-   Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of the IFS ERP software and provide recommendations to clients for system improvements.

## Requirements

-   An academic background with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or discipline.
-   2–3 years of experience working with IFS ERP, preferably providing support within the Finance domain.
-   Good understanding of IFS Finance modules and their configuration, functionality, and typical troubleshooting processes.
-   Basic to intermediate understanding of core accounting principles (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, reporting).
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand issues and propose effective solutions.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams.
-   Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize workload, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
