**Job Description**

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Specialist with experience in ERP solutions, specifically B2B, to support our business development and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads.

-   Identify and research target companies that could benefit from tier one ERP solutions.
-   Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling, referrals, and digital campaigns.
-   Assist sales team to build and maintain a pipeline of prospects interested in tier one ERP.
-   Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client business challenges and ERP requirements.
-   Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM platform.
-   Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns focused on ERP modernization and digital transformation.

## Requirements

-   Bachelors Degree in a related field
-   3-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development within ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
-   Familiarity with IFS ERP or other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
-   Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise solution selling.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools.
-   Ability to research industries and identify business opportunities.
-   Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
