**Workplace:** remote

**Department:** Product

## Description

**About the Role**
Innovaccer is redefining how health systems operate their revenue cycle. Innovaccer Flow is our agentic, EHR-integrated RCM automation platform — spanning prior authorization, denial management, autonomous coding, CDI, and HCC/risk adjustment. The Director of Services Product Management will drive the integration of the Innovaccer Flow platform with the commercially operationalized services business, to create an outcomes focused services offering.

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role at the intersection of product strategy, services commercialization, and AI-enabled operational transformation. You will define how Innovaccer sells and delivers managed services and you will be the internal force driving the adoption of AI and automation across the services organization itself.

**A Day in the Life**

**Five domains. One accountable owner.**

**Services Commercialization & Launch**

Own end-to-end commercialization of Innovaccer's managed services offerings. We need a product manager who understands RCM Services is the product.  This is not a coordination function — you define the offering, price it, package it, and bring it to market.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive services catalog, including service descriptions, scope parameters, and delivery expectations
- Author and manage SKU definitions aligned to how sales teams configure and quote services deals
- Draft and maintain Statement of Work (SOW) templates that accurately reflect deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities
- Define pricing structures and models, including per-transaction, per-claim, and outcome-based constructs
- Partner with marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and collateral that drives services attach and pipeline

**AI Technology Adoption & Internal Advocacy**

Lead the organizational effort to embed AI into the services delivery model. You are not just an advocate — you are the architect of the adoption roadmap.

- Develop a structured adoption roadmap for AI and automation tooling across services operations
- Build internal business cases that quantify efficiency gains, error reduction, and capacity impact
- Drive change management by working directly with services team leads to build comfort with AI-assisted workflows
- Establish adoption metrics and report on AI utilization, impact, and ROI to senior leadership

**Operational Challenge Identification & Process Analysis**

Identify where the services organization is losing time, accuracy, or throughput and map those gaps to specific AI or automation opportunities.

- Conduct structured reviews of services workflows to surface inefficiencies in coding, authorization, documentation, and billing processes
- Prioritize operational improvement opportunities by impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Translate discovered gaps into actionable requirements that can feed the automation development roadmap

**Workflow Documentation for Automation & AI Enhancement**

Produce the precise, detailed documentation that engineers and product teams need to automate or augment clinical and billing workflows with confidence.

- Map current-state workflows for coding, prior authorization, and billing processes at the step level
- Identify and document decision points, business rules, and exception handling logic within each workflow
- Prepare workflow specifications formatted for consumption by automation developers and AI/ML engineers
- Validate documented workflows with clinical and operational SMEs before handoff to development

**Services Team Automation: Identification, Development & Deployment**

Drive the full lifecycle of services automation capabilities — from opportunity identification through production deployment - with cross-functional ownership and accountability.

- Own the services automation capability roadmap, ensuring backlog reflects both strategic priorities and operational demand
- Coordinate requirements gathering across services delivery, engineering, clinical informatics, and compliance
- Lead sprint reviews, UAT planning, and go-live readiness for new automation releases
- Manage post-launch performance monitoring and continuous improvement cycles for deployed capabilities

**Program Management, Reporting & Activity Tracking**

Keep workstreams visible, accountable, and aligned. Own the reporting cadence that connects execution to leadership expectations.

- Maintain weekly status reporting across commercialization and automation workstreams
- Track activity, milestones, and blockers across cross-functional teams; escalate proactively
- Build and manage project plans with clearly defined owners, timelines, and dependencies
- Prepare executive-level updates for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

**What You Need**

**Domain Expertise**

-    7+ years in health IT product management, services strategy, or RCM operations
- Deep familiarity with revenue cycle workflows: prior authorization, medical coding & CDI and denial management
- Working knowledge of payer operations, including EDI X12, FHIR R4, and DA Vinci implementation guides
- Hands-on experience with services commercialization — pricing, SKU design, SOW development, or go-to-market
- Outcomes-based commercialization and growth enablement.

**AI & Automation Fluency**

- Demonstrated experience documenting workflows for automation development or AI-assisted automation
- Human in the loop design experience a plus.
- Ability to evaluate automation feasibility and articulate trade-offs between RPA, rule-based logic, and ML approaches
- Experience driving adoption of new technology within clinical or operational teams

**Leadership & Communication**

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority — influence as the primary lever
- Executive-level communication skills; equally effective in a board room and a sprint review
- Strong written skills for producing SOWs, service descriptions, workflow specs, and business cases

**Program Execution**

- Strong project management instincts with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Disciplined in reporting, tracking, and escalation — nothing falls through the cracks
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where structure is built, not inherited
