We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in Telecom and IT to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive our strategic objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

-   Managing the full project lifecycle for Telecom and IT projects, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
-   Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and expectations.
-   Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
-   Monitoring project progress, managing any constraints, and addressing issues as they arise.
-   Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, change requests, and client communications.
-   Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and align with industry regulations and standards.
-   Providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
-   Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

**The ideal candidate will possess:**

-   Proven experience as a Project Manager in Telecom and IT sectors.
-   Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, specifically in Telecom and IT.
-   Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate diverse teams.
-   In-depth understanding of Telecom technologies and IT project management.
-   Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.

## Requirements

**Minimum Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Telecom or IT sector.
-   Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
-   Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-   Solid understanding of Telecom technologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

**Preferred Qualifications:**
