## Description

**Job Summary:**  
We are looking for a Software Performance Tester to evaluate application performance, stability, and scalability. The candidate will conduct performance testing, identify system bottlenecks, and work closely with development and QA teams to ensure applications meet performance standards

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests
-   Analyze system performance and identify issues or bottlenecks
-   Prepare performance test reports and recommendations
-   Collaborate with developers and QA teams to improve application efficiency
-   Monitor application behavior during testing and support release validation

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
-   Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance testing using JMeter
-   Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices
-   Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system monitoring tools
-   Strong analytical and communication skills
