**In your first months, you’ll explore...**

-   Our internal administration tools (Google, Atlassian, Eset, etc…)
-   Contribution to our documentation by bringing in a fresh perspective
-   Hands on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
-   Gaining familiarity with IT assets and our local IT infrastructure (network, Wi-Fi, printers, servers)

**As you settle into the role, you’ll start contributing by...**

-   Supporting employees with hardware and accessories requests and replacements
-   Managing onboarding and offboarding processes 
-   Managing employee accounts, permissions, and security policies
-   Helping with day-to-day IT troubleshooting and office support

**Within your first year, you’ll have the opportunity to...**

-   Take ownership of small IT projects (documentation, tool roll-outs, process improvements)
-   Support internal security basics (MFA, certificates, patch management)

### Working Hours & Location

  
Working hours : 8:00 - 17:00 (8h worktime)  
Critical hours : 10:00-15:00

**Required locations:**

-   Bratislava (On-site with occasional home-office)

### About You

You enjoy working with technology hands-on, but also collaborating with vendors and partners when needed.

### Qualifications

-   Responsible approach to work, ability to work independently
-   Eagerness to learn and grow in an IT environment
-   Hands-on experience with IT hardware and endpoint management
-   Familiarity with Windows, Linux and macOS at admin level
-   Teamwork/collaboration experience and excellent communication skills

### Techstack

-   Platforms: Windows, macOS, Linux (user and admin level)
-   Networking: VLANs, VPN, APs, switches, GPON (Nokia)
-   Administration Tools: Google Workspace, Atlassian, Eset admin
-   Other: scripting basics (PowerShell, Bash, Python advantage)

📊 This role is at Junior - Medior level. 

**Compensation**

**Salary gross range: €1,800 – €3,000,** tied to competency and technical evaluation.

### Interview Process

**👋 Introduction Stage**

-   Recruiter Screen \[typically around 30mins\]

**🧑‍💻 Team Interview Stage**

**1st round Focus Areas:** High emphasis on General Computer Knowledge, networking.  
**2nd round Task Expectations:** You will be given a few technical tasks during the interview process. These tasks will focus on:

-   Windows Endpoint
-   Desktop Virtualization
-   Router network setup

**🎯 Final Stage**

-   CARES Interview: Final conversation with our CARES committee to ensure alignment with our core values: Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, and Shared Mission.
