### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a **ServiceNow Developer** with strong hands-on experience in **ITOM** to develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

### **Key Responsibilities**

·       Develop and customize ServiceNow **ITOM** solutions.

·       Hands-on experience with **Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB**.

·       Configure **Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer and Workflows**.

·       Develop integrations using **REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub**.

·       Work on CMDB data quality, relationships, and CI management.

·       Troubleshoot technical issues and support ServiceNow implementations.

·       Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

## Requirements

### **Required Skills**

·       3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

·       Strong experience in **ServiceNow ITOM**.

·       Good knowledge of **Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and Event Management**.

·       Strong **JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting** skills.

·       Experience with integrations and APIs.

·       ServiceNow **CSA/CAD/CIS** certification is a plus.
