## Description

Insight Investment is looking for a Senior Tailored Investment Reporting Associate to join our Client Reporting team. Provide tailored client reporting solutions to clients across a range of investment strategies on both a recurring and ad-hoc basis. As a Senior Associate, you will take greater ownership of reporting deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and process enhancement initiatives. 

You will work within a team of client reporting professionals, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior management. To succeed in this role, candidates must be solution-focused, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment. 

**Role Responsibilities:**

-   Accurate and timely production and review of tailored monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reporting deliverables. 

-   Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring reporting requirements are clearly understood and delivered to a high standard. 

-   Investigate complex queries, identify root causes, and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timeframes. 

-   Attend and actively contribute to meetings with Client Directors, Solution Specialists, Portfolio Managers, and other stakeholders, translating evolving requirements into actionable reporting solutions. 

-   Develop a strong understanding of the underlying LDI and Fixed Income portfolios and strategies to effectively communicate and challenge reporting requirements where appropriate. identify, drive, and implement process improvements to enhance reporting quality, scalability, and efficiency. 

-   Support the onboarding, training, and development of junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. 

-   Contribute to team projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

**Experience Required:**

-   Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation. 

-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and influence a range of stakeholders. 

-   Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. 

-   Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, honesty, and integrity at all times. 

-   Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements. 

-   Experience documenting processes and supporting the training and development of colleagues. 

-   Strong systems skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 

-   Experience within investment management, client reporting, operations, or a related financial services environment is desirable. 

-   Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant work experience.
