## Description

Insight Investment is looking for a Senior Tailored Investment Reporting Associate to join our Client Reporting team in London. In this role, you will provide tailored client reporting solutions to clients across a range of investment strategies on both a recurring and ad-hoc basis. As a Senior Associate, you will take greater ownership of reporting deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and process enhancement initiatives. 

You will work within a team of client reporting professionals, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior management. To succeed in this role, candidates must be solution-focused, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment. 

**Role Responsibilities**

-   Produce and take ownership of complex, end-to-end tailored client reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
-   Manage competing reporting requirements, applying appropriate judgement and prioritisation
-   Act as a key point of contact for reporting matters and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management
-   Review and challenge reporting outputs and data, proactively identifying and resolving issues
-   Develop a strong understanding of client requirements, investment strategies and reporting methodologies
-   Identify and drive improvements to reporting processes, controls, automation and efficiency
-   Lead or contribute to reporting enhancements, change initiatives and new client requirements
-   Maintain strong reporting governance, documentation and controls
-   Provide guidance, knowledge sharing and support to less experienced colleagues. Contribute to process improvements, automation and reporting enhancements
-   Build effective stakeholder relationships and share knowledge across the team

**Experience Required**

-   Relevant experience within investment management, client reporting, investment operations or financial services
-   Strong understanding of investment reporting, products and financial markets, preferably LDI and Fixed income
-   Experience managing complex reporting deliverables and competing deadlines
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders
-   Ability to work independently, take ownership and exercise sound judgement
-   Strong Excel skills and experience working with complex data
-   Experience contributing to process improvement, automation or change initiatives
-   Proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and high-quality client service
