**Your Role:** 

Are you a self-motivated go-getter with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where exceeding expectations is the norm? If so, instacar wants you on our team! We are looking for a **Sales Agent** to join our Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:**

-   Respond promptly to leads generated from all online sales channels.
-   Take ownership of leads and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
-   Meet and exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
-   Train customers on our product and assist them in finding the best mobility solution for their needs.

## Requirements

**We value individuals who:**

-   Have 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management (passion for cars is a bonus!).
-   Possess a customer-first mindset and a hunter mentality.
-   Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
-   Are coachable and receptive to feedback, with a willingness to continuously improve.
