**Your Role:** 

For our Operations team we are on the lookout for a **Logistics Associate** who is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile for the final result. The ideal candidate should be a proactive person who is not only able to plan efficiently, but also capable of working under pressure. The role reports to the Logistics & Transportation Supervisor.

**Your Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate **vehicle deliveries and returns**, ensuring smooth handovers.
-   Oversee **vehicle preparation** (cleaning, inspection, readiness).
-   Maintain accurate **fleet documentation and records**.
-   Monitor fleet condition, ensuring operational excellence.
-   Perform **reporting and KPI management** for fleet performance.
-   Deliver **exceptional customer service** with professionalism and empathy.
-   Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize daily operations.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in **fleet operations, logistics, or customer service** (experience in the automotive or mobility sector is a plus).
-   Strong **organizational and time management skills**, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
-   Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** — able to interact confidently with customers, partners, and colleagues.
-   Solid **attention to detail** and commitment to maintaining accurate records and high operational standards.
-   Good understanding of **vehicle maintenance processes** and basic technical knowledge will be considered an asset.
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Office / Google Workspace**; experience with **fleet management or CRM systems** is a plus.
-   **Problem-solving mindset** and proactive approach to daily challenges.
-   Valid **driver’s license (Category B)**.
-   Flexibility to work in **rotational shifts** and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-   Team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering **exceptional customer experience**.
