**Your Role:** 

As IT Ops Specialist at instacar, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the company's IT infrastructure and end-user environment. From employee onboarding and device management to troubleshooting and operational improvements, you'll ensure our teams have the technology they need to perform at their best.

**Your Responsibilities:**

-   Provide first and second-level technical support to employees. 
-   Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, software, hardware and network issues. 
-   Prepare and configure laptops and IT equipment for new hires. 
-   Manage user accounts, permissions and business applications. 
-   Support Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. 
-   Handle onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective. 
-   Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and meeting room technology. 
-   Maintain IT assets, documentation and software licenses. 
-   Assist with endpoint security, updates and backup verification. 
-   Participate in internal IT projects and continuous operational improvements.

## Requirements

**We value individuals who:**

-   Have 1–4 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
-   Possess good knowledge of Windows and macOS.
-   Have experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
-   Understand basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
-   Have experience with hardware troubleshooting.
-   Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Are able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
-   Have a service-oriented mindset.

**Nice to have:**

-   Experience with Active Directory or cloud identity management. 
-   Experience with ticketing systems. 
-   Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji or similar). 
-   Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash). 
-   Previous experience in a fast-growing company or startup.
