IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a key executive leader responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role will oversee all aspects of software development, infrastructure, data, security, and technology innovation, ensuring alignment with IME’s business goals and long term growth strategy. The CTO will work closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, CFO, Department VP’s, and business leaders, to drive scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. This leader will guide the evolution of IME’s platform, modernize systems where needed, and foster a high-performing, remote-first engineering culture.
