## Description

The Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced _Rinsho-shinrishi 臨床心理士_: Certified Clinical Psychologists and _Konin-shinrishi 公認心理師:_ CertifiedPublic Psychologists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering psychological assessments as well as strong report writing skills. 

**What You'll Do**

-   Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
-   Develop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence-base and best practice.
-   Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually.
-   Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
-   Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
-   Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions
-   Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes.
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
-   Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
-   Crisis Intervention - Requirement is Critical Incident Support Management experience
-   Provide monthly reports on clinical insights and user utilization
-   Provide after-office hour care when requested by the client
-   Support our recruitment team in screening freelance providers
-   Provide support to our localization team in content translation
-   Regularly review, refine, and adhere to SOPs, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, risk management, and operational efficiency within the team.

## Requirements

-   A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling 
-   At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
-   Expertise in individual and group facilitation

-   Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content.
-   Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crisis situations.
-   Experience in administering psychological assessments (for clinical psychologists)
-   Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality.
-   Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor in current country
-   Must be able to provide onsite support for our clients (can include counselling and psychoeducation sessions)

-   Good to have:

-   Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.
-   Has their own dedicated clinical space, available for rental by Intellect for therapy sessions and related activities.
