### What You’ll Do

-   Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
-   Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
-   Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Master’s degree in **Counseling** or **Clinical Psychology**
-   **Expertise:** CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
-   **License:** Must hold valid and active **SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog)** or SIPPK (Surat Iz**in Praktik Psikolog Klinis)** issued in Indonesia, along with a **current registration (STRP).**
-   **Experience:** Minimum of **300 post-master’s clinical hours**
-   **Languages:** Fluency in **English** and **Bahasa Indonesia**
-   **Preferred:** EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching
-   **Bonus:** Openness to occasional onsite work
