**What You'll Do**

-   Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
-   Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and more
-   **Deliver CISP** (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed
-   Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
-   Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs 

**Requirements**

Qualifications:

-   Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology

Professional Registration:

-   Counsellors: active membership/registration with ACA or PACFA
-   Clinical Psychologists: general registration with AHPRA

Expertise & Skills:

-   Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and **CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program)**
-   A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
-   Experience with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
-   Preferred prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
-   Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
