## Description

We’re looking for passionate **Licensed Clinical Psychologists** to join Intellect, a leading mental health platform dedicated to making quality care more accessible around the world.

As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you’ll have the opportunity to **empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys** — providing meaningful, one-on-one support through **60-minute video sessions** tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.

This is a **freelance, fully remote role** that offers you the **flexibility to choose your own schedule,** making it a great way to complement your current job or private practice while joining a collaborative, mission-driven global community.

### What You’ll Do

-   Provide **1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support** for Intellect’s clients.
-   Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as **depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction**.
-   **Collaborate closely** with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.

## Requirements

-   **Qualifications:** PhD or PsyD
-   **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
-   **Expertise:** Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches

-   Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
-   Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
-   Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
-   Somatic Experiencing (SE)

-   **License:** Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to Colorado
-   **Supervision Requirement:** One supervision session every 2 months
-   **Preferred Background:** Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
-   **Flexibility:** Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
-   **Languages:** Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
-   Applicants must already hold a valid visa or legal right to work in the country of hiring, as Intellect does not provide visa sponsorship at this time
