**Salary:** USD 20–21

**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Service and Inventory

## Description

**About IntelliShift**

IntelliShift is a fleet intelligence platform on a mission to create a safer, smarter tomorrow for the fleets that move the world. We bring telematics, AI dash cams, maintenance, compliance, and safety together in one connected platform — built for fleet people, by fleet people. And we’re always thinking about what comes next.

**About the Role**

The Warehouse Associate keeps our hardware and inventory operations running day to day. You’ll prepare devices for customers, manage stock with accuracy, fulfill orders, and help process returned equipment. It’s a hands-on role at the center of how our hardware gets where it needs to go and a great place to build a foundation in operations, logistics, and connected-vehicle technology.

You’ll work onsite at our Commack headquarters, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and partnering closely with our Customer Support, Product, and Field Services teams.

**What You'll Do**

- **Prep hardware for deployment.** Configure and ready devices for stock and customer deployment, run firmware updates, and help intake, test, and process returned hardware (RMA), flagging defective units for warranty review and reuse.
- **Keep inventory accurate.** Run regular cycle counts and monthly physical audits, receive and reconcile incoming stock against purchase orders, and organize, label, and store inventory in its designated locations.
- **Monitor and replenish stock.** Track technician and field inventory levels, and flag or restock as needed.
- **Fulfill and ship orders.** Pick, pack, and ship hardware for new deployments, add-ons, and replacements; prepare shipping documentation; and process customer and internal orders accurately and on time, including self-install and subcontractor workflows.
- **Keep records and partners in the loop.** Maintain documentation and inventory records in Excel and our systems, support routine reporting, and keep Customer Support, Engineering, and Operations updated on order and inventory status.
- **Keep the warehouse safe and organized.** Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, follow all safety standards and company procedures, and share ideas to improve accuracy, speed, and organization.

**What You’ll Bring**

**Must-haves**

- A detail-oriented, dependable team player who takes pride in accuracy.
- Comfort working on your feet in a warehouse, including lifting and handling hardware.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle several tasks in a day.
- Clear communication and a willingness to collaborate across teams.
- Basic computer skills, including comfort with Excel or similar tools.
- A get-it-done attitude and a genuine interest in learning the operation.

**Nice-to-haves**

- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or logistics setting.
- Exposure to hardware, electronics, or device configuration.
- Familiarity with inventory management or order systems.

**The Values You’ll Live By**

Our five core values aren’t posters on a wall — they show up in how we work every day. In this role, that looks like:

- **Customer-Obsessed —** You keep customers at the center of your decisions, because when they win, we win.
- **No-Box Innovation —** You bring practical ideas to make the operation better.
- **Growth through Friction —** You treat problems as a signal, fix what’s inefficient, and push for something better.
- **Trust through Action —** You do what you say you’ll do, and your accuracy earns trust.
- **Own It —** You take pride in your work and own the outcomes.

**How We Measure Success**

- **Inventory accuracy.** Cycle counts and audits that reconcile cleanly.
- **On-time, error-free fulfillment.** Orders picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on schedule.
- **Hardware readiness.** Devices prepped and returns processed correctly the first time.
- **A safe, organized warehouse.** Stock in its place and safety standards followed every day.

**Why IntelliShift**

We’re a company that bought itself back and bet on its own future—which means the work here is real, and the people who do it well get noticed. This role puts you at the center of how our hardware reaches the fleets we serve, and it’s a genuine place to build a foundation in operations, logistics, and connected-vehicle technology.

- Hands-on work that directly supports the fleets we serve.
- A close-knit operations team where your accuracy and hustle matter.
- Room to learn and grow into broader operations and logistics roles.
