We are now looking for a **Junior Product Manager** to support the development, launch, and management of telecom products or services, ensuring the products align with customer needs, market trends, and company goals while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Responsible for taking a project from idea to completion
-   Work closely with both the development and design teams to take features from concepts to release
-   Researching and understanding which features / components would be good to add
-   Prepare reports, presentations, guidelines, business requirements
-   Working with a multitude of successful software solutions
-   Writing up business cases and presenting them to the team

## Requirements

-   At least 2+ years experience working in a software company in a product role
-   BA in Computer Science, Business Administration or any other relevant field
-   Passion and ability to become a product expert
-   Ability to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
-   Knowledge of databases and good understanding of software development
-   Comfortable working in a technical environment & can handle technical conversations with software engineers as well as understanding the experience from a user's perspective
-   Loves technology and uses software products on a regular basis
-   Understands how to describe complicated ideas in simple terms
